3taya365 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 3taya365 ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3taya365 online gaming platform available at 3taya365.vip, including all associated games, services, features, content, and functionality.

By creating a 3taya365 account, accessing the platform, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 3taya365 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 3taya365 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). There are no exceptions to this requirement.
3. You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines. Access to the 3taya365 platform from jurisdictions outside the Philippines where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 3taya365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 3taya365 platform, or any other gaming platform in the Philippines, for any reason including problem gambling self-exclusion.
7. You must not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion list or equivalent regulatory exclusion registry.

Each eligible person may register a maximum of one (1) 3taya365 account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering your 3taya365 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 3taya365 account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• Notify 3taya365 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3taya365 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or other PAGCOR-approved identification documents), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit on 3taya365 is ₱20. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the platform's Payment section at the time of deposit. Deposit limits may apply per payment method and per account tier.

All deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 3taya365 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in return of funds and potential account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or to the verified payment method registered to the account. 3taya365 targets the following processing times for verified accounts:

• GCash and PayMaya: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank): 1–3 banking hours, subject to bank processing schedules.

3taya365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if the account is under review for security, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. 3taya365 operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and the regulations of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). All transactions are monitored and reported as required by applicable law. Players agree to cooperate with any compliance inquiries related to their transaction history.

5.1 General. All wagers placed on 3taya365 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game type. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

5.2 Game Outcomes. All slot and RNG-based game outcomes on 3taya365 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems tested by independent laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, and dice in certified studio environments, all visible on live camera without editing. 3taya365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, 3taya365 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Any winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome may be voided at 3taya365's discretion.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on 3taya365 is subject to published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by game type, table, and player account tier. 3taya365 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with notice to players.

3taya365 offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified 3taya365 account holders only. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonuses forfeited.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• 3taya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that all rights fairly accrued prior to such modification are honoured.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or outcome, 3taya365's decision is final.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, systematically exploiting promotional structures, coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed purely to clear bonus requirements — is a violation of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

In using the 3taya365 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 3taya365 platform in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with the 3taya365 platform, its games, its payment systems, or its security infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, advantage play that violates specific game rules, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the 3taya365 platform or its users.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3taya365 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the 3taya365 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3taya365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3taya365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

3taya365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. By registering an account on 3taya365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

3taya365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• An account holder is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information.
• Activity on the account constitutes or may constitute fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other players.
• An account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining genuine funds (net of bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding compliance or legal obligations.

Account holders may voluntarily close their 3taya365 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations arising from prior wagering activity.

3taya365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3taya365 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the platform's notification system or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to an update, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3taya365, you agree to first contact the 3taya365 support team to seek resolution. 3taya365 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 working days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted through the platform's support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the platform's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. In the case of disputes involving regulated gaming activity, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply in addition to or in substitution for court proceedings, as applicable under its regulatory framework.
